Rev. Aidan Martin

Born in Glasgow on 31st August 1958, Fr. Martin received his secondary education at St. Vincent's College, Langbank and St. Mary's College, Blairs before going on to the Pontifical Scots College and the Pontifical Gregorian University, Rome for his ecclesiastical education. He was ordained priest by Bishop Renfrew in St. Thomas' Church, Riddrie on 27th June 1982. After a temporary appointment at St. Helen's, Langside he returned to Rome to continue with his studies.

Fr. Martin was previously assistant priest in St. Mary's, Duntocher and chaplain to St. Columba's High School, Clydebank before being appointed parish priest of St. Paul's on 24th October 1997. Fr. Martin demitted office on 13th October 1998 but continued as administrator of the parish until 31st October when he became parish priest of St. Catherine Laboure, Balornock.

First Communion Practice: Sunday 6th of May - Time as arranged.

First Communion Mass: Sunday 13th of May - At all Sunday Masses.

Mass of Thanks giving: procession and presentation of certificates - Solemnity of Corpus Christi 10th June at 10am Mass , attended also by The Knights of the Holy Sepulchure.
