Rev. Sean O'Neill

Fr. O'Neill joined St. Paul's from St. Saviour's, Govan as Senior Assistant priest in 1973. Part of his parish duties was to look after the Choir as well as the Men's Guild but he still managed to find time to partake in his own particular pastimes of tennis and golf. During his time with us he celebrated his Silver Jubilee of his ordination to the priesthood before leaving in 1977 to take up the role of Parish Priest in St. Maria Goretti's, Cranhill. One of the main changes he saw in his time with us was the reduction in the number of priests serving the parish but this was something affecting the whole of the diocese.

Fr. O'Neill retired in 1996 and now lives in Troon.

First Communion Practice: Sunday 6th of May - Time as arranged.

First Communion Mass: Sunday 13th of May - At all Sunday Masses.

Mass of Thanks giving: procession and presentation of certificates - Solemnity of Corpus Christi 10th June at 10am Mass , attended also by The Knights of the Holy Sepulchure.
